I accepted some well-intentioned but incorrect advice resulting in lost time and potential added costs. When I phoned the office, Pam was professional and friendly. She said that Jason would take care of the problem and that is exactly what he did. He went above and beyond and completed the project, quickly, cheerfully and professionally.
