Professional all the way! When I needed to dig footings for my deck, I called two companies to see who would respond. Post Holes Plus was the first to return my call. They called me back the same day, the other company called back a day or two later. The person on the phone was really easy to work with. She explained everything I needed to know and have ready up front. Since I had some of the work done we were able to negotiate a price based on what remained. I booked two appointments - one to dig and one to return and pour the footings. They continued to be in touch with me as the appointment dates came up. They showed up on time, both times. Each person in the crew was polite and respectful. They worked carefully and quickly and gave my project a level of extra attention I didn't expect. The final price was what we agreed on when I booked the job. I'm glad I called and only wish I would have called them sooner.

Post Holes Plus reached out to our family to offer assistance in rebuilding our deck after the contractor we originally hired built one that was dangerous and had to come down, then took off with our money. They are very professional and worked quickly and with precision to place the footings for our new deck. I would highly recommend their work, it is night and day in comparison to the original.
