Customer Marks Footing Locations
Footing locations must be clearly marked before our team arrives. We do not review plans or drawings, and we do not determine the number or placement of footings. To avoid delays or rebooking, ensure all locations are marked on-site and ready for drilling.
Customer Prep
You’ll need to:
- Mark all footing locations clearly
- Supply the sono tubes (we do not bring them)
- Specify your required footing size (based on code or contractor spec)
Site Prep
We take care of all Call Before You Dig locates so you’re covered legally and safely.
We Drill & Set
We arrive with all equipment and materials, drill your holes to the specified depth, set your sono tubes, and pour custom-mixed concrete directly on-site.
Bracket Setting (Optional)
If you’re adding post saddles or anchors, we’ll coordinate timing so you or your contractor can set them before the concrete sets.
removal by crew
We back every footing with a 5-year guarantee on workmanship and against heaving. Site cleanup and dirt removal are not included.

Booked a date with them for 8 post holes, they verified 2 days in advance and showed up on the job site as promised. They had a full crew and completed the 8 holes within 1.5 hours. They completed all the work to code (building inspector came the next day) and return two days later to pour the concrete. Extremely easy to work with and outstanding communication along the way. Professional all the way! When I needed to dig footings for my deck, I called two companies to see who would respond. Post Holes Plus was the first to return my call. They called me back the same day, the other company called back a day or two later. The person on the phone was really easy to work with. She explained everything I needed to know and have ready up front. Since I had some of the work done we were able to negotiate a price based on what remained. I booked two appointments - one to dig and one to return and pour the footings. They continued to be in touch with me as the appointment dates came up. They showed up on time, both times. Each person in the crew was polite and respectful. They worked carefully and quickly and gave my project a level of extra attention I didn't expect. The final price was what we agreed on when I booked the job. I'm glad I called and only wish I would have called them sooner.
